Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our products are made-to-order, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in cases of:

✔ Printing errors
✔ Incorrect items received
We kindly ask that you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless defective
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

How to Start a Return or Replacement Request

Refunds
If your request is approved for refund, it will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Replacements
If a replacement is approved, it will be processed and shipped as soon as possible at no additional cost to you.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it:

Wait 24–48 hours, as some carriers mark packages early
