Refund Policy — The Kingdom Treasures
At The Kingdom Treasures, each item is created with care and produced digitally at the time of your order. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as:
❌ Wrong size ordered
❌ Change of mind
❌ Disliking the print, color, or style
❌ Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
❌ Delayed delivery caused by carrier or customs
Refunds Only for Printing Defects
Refunds or replacements are available only in cases where the product arrives with:
✔ Printing defects
✔ Severe misalignment
✔ Incorrect item received
✔ Damage during production
If your item has a print or production issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos clearly showing the defect

Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no cost, or a refund if replacement is not possible.
No Refunds for Sizing Issues
Please check our size charts carefully before ordering.
Because each item is made specially for you at the moment of purchase, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing mistakes.
Wrong or Incomplete Addresses
If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address at checkout and the order cannot be delivered:

No refund will be issued

A new order will be required to reship the item
We do not modify addresses after orders enter production.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered delivered.
For missing or stolen packages, we recommend checking:
✔ Mailbox
✔ Porch / doorstep
✔ Neighbors / building office
✔ Mailroom / parcel lockers
If the package is still not found, please contact the carrier directly.
We will assist with information if needed.
